The agreement between REACTIVE.PH and the people and organisations who use it.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, posting a property or otherwise using REACTIVE.PH you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a realty, developer or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age and able to enter into a binding agreement.
One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable.
You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping your password confidential.
A verified email address is required before you can publish a property or a requirement.

3. Member content and listings

Listings, requirements, posts, answers and reviews are supplied by members. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant REACTIVE.PH a licence to display, index and distribute it for the purpose of operating the platform.

You must have the right to market any property you list.
Listing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
Photographs must be of the property being offered.

4. Prohibited conduct

Posting a property you have no authority to market.
Misrepresenting a price, a location, a title status or your professional standing.
Scraping, bulk-harvesting or reselling data from the platform.
Harassment of, or discrimination against, other members.
Circumventing verification, moderation or account restrictions.

5. Verification badges

Verification badges confirm documents submitted to the platform. They are not a guarantee of any property, person or transaction, and they do not constitute an endorsement or a warranty by REACTIVE.PH. Always confirm a practitioner's standing with the relevant regulator, and confirm a property's title with the Registry of Deeds, before you transact.

6. Intellectual property

The REACTIVE.PH name, marks, interface and compiled data are the property of REACTIVE.PH. Member content remains the property of its author.

7. Disclaimers

REACTIVE.PH is a marketplace and professional network. It is not a party to any transaction, does not act as a broker or agent for any member, and gives no legal, tax, financial or valuation advice. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, REACTIVE.PH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, from dealings between members, or from reliance on member-supplied information.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts that breach these terms may have posting restricted, be suspended, or be closed. You may close your own account at any time; content already published may be retained where there is a legitimate record-keeping reason to do so.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
